hmm for the hanging problem. try checking through the suspension travel w/o the shocks in place. if it still hangs could be an axle joint or something. im not sure. also try compressing the shock between ur fingers. the plastic shocks tend to get stuck sometimes, but since you have the stiff springs in back im sure you have the metal shocks. if it isnt so smooth you could try some kind of lubricant. also make sure the spring is seated in right.
