Azimov and some other people, in another thread (called, "Why the Feud?"), talked about checking your posts before your submit them. Forums are NOT the real world, you get AMPLE time to THINK about what you are saying before you post it. If you're too lazy to read the text in the box, try hitting "Preview Reply" and READ the whole post you are about to submit, don't just skim through it. I've made a mistake of lashing at other people and then I regretted it, as demonstrated
here, and I admit now that that wasn't too wise.
I'm still learning to think before I act. In real life, in real conversations, you can't take 10 minutes to come up with a well thought out reply, rather you have somewhere around 5 seconds, and I know it's not too hot to have less time than you need when doing or saying things. But keep in mind that there are some people who are in a hurry, and that should NOT be your situation when posting. You should have a fair amount of time to CHOOSE and THINK about what you're going to post. Like I said, I'm still learning to do this myself, forutnately I'm being aided by some people to help with this.
Overall, don't post when you don't have time. Make sure you have a good 5 minutes to THINK about what you are going to post, and pretend your endeared ones are watching you.
