Yeah, I see these type of things all the time. I'll be looking around for stuff, and come across things like that.
Another one is when the sellers are listing upgrade parts, like the Command Logic Light Set. It sells for $5.99, and they have it listed with a starting bid price of $17.99! It's people like that who ruin it for everyone else.
