use those 40 mm fans, they're about an inch and a half each side but they produce little wind and the best i've seen of this size moves like 10 cfm whihc is like a very very light breeze. i suggest use the roof scoop to channel air down to the heatsink and out the back somewhere so that as the car speeds up air rushes in, cools the heatsink, and leaves
