I've had two of the SEs that I bought that had one of the wheels that didn't spin true. It wobbled slightly back and forth, and appeared that the plastic wheel hub wasn't manufactured properly.
Bot of those SEs I returned for an exchange, and the new replacements were just fine -
I'd suggest that you return it for a replacement.
