kyosho spec aaa's (which are the only nimh battery allowed in the 2004 mini-z cup races) are actually relabled gp 800mah 1.2v nimh (so we have been told)

i have a set and they are very nice. i don't see much or any difference between them and the energizer 700/750?mah 1.2v nimh.

if i had the money to burn, i'd like to try rayovak's new 15min aaa's and charger. i already have 5 sets of energizers, 2 sets or gold rayovaks, 1 set of pn 780mah 1.25v's, 1 set of kyosho specs and maybe some others?!? when you have a box full, it's hard to remember

you you are serious about racing your xmod, don't skimp on cheap rs batteries. like much of the stuff, it's cheap. i mean, rs it the kmart of elelctronics.
there are other battery choices which are more expensive such as zapped and matched cells, squat precision(asian parts manufacturer) carries a few varieties.
