Hi Comrade Boris, I also wanted my t34 to look like that but wasnt sure on how they did it so i just kindve left it the way it was, I did make it look like there was alot of soot and smoke on the tank, looks like its seen alot of use. All you do is use either a pastel or a black graphite chalk square and grind away the side with a knife until you have like a powder. Then you take a paintbrush and just put it where you want it. Then use a diluted matte medium from a local craft store and spray the tank down. Make sure you cover the clear piece and remove the wheels and put tape over the wheel hubs so nothing binds.
