There is no magic drive you can put into your computer to read ps2 disks, they are dvds or cds they will be read by any drive (not to sure about the cds, but I've done it with the dvds). Now if you want to play the games, you would need an emulator, but seeing as how the most advanced one currently can barely display 3d models thats gonna be a while off, sorry.
