most of the RS ppl i've dealt with really don't care. they'll take the return and you don't need a good excuse either, just say it's not working the way it's supposed to or something and they'll get your money back ASAP or let you exchange it even faster

just make sure that you have all of the parts. i threw away the foam with the plastic in it and the people still took it back. and my rs people are the same way exept for one of the managers which is a total b***h
