It was N channel MOSFET but the type is quite blur. It written V30010. You could use IRFZ44N to replace stock FETs. If you want a higher output you could put IRFZ40 to replace them. See my scheme, the one on the top is Mini X scheme of motor control and the one below is standart configuration of motor control using N channel FETs.
