Does anyone have the datasheets or know what type of FETs they are?
I had assumed that the ESC is using a H bridge and to stack it, I just need 1 N channel and 1 P channel MOSFET.
Since I have quite a few mini-z size FETs lying around, i decided to give it a try with them (see pic). The connections were wired to the legs according to the layout of the tiny FETs (grey=gate, white=source, red/black=drain).
It was working OK until I hit reverse. The FETs would then get hot and melt the tape insulation that i cover them with (not in pic)
I took out 2 FETs from my old ver1 ESC, but couldn't figure which was N or P. but it seems to work fine at the moment.
I know I'm missing somthing here.... Any info will be appreaciated. Thanks
