no warranty and MS is crying to Tomy that their sales suck. but it's not because of ebay it's because you only get 5 feet of range and the fact that there's only 2 frequencies.
mostly because of the lawyers picking on every little company in america. who wants to pay all that money for a car? i know i don't!
