ya know what actually ur right I was wrong, but what does werk is to run tha motor with tha dielectic then water then dielectic again to kinda cycle clean it but what you do have to watch for is shorting between tha contacts especially with the dielectric(thats what causes it to ru soo poorley sometimes after a while, btw if any of you guys were/are seriosly into slot cars ull kno this one you can change tha timing by turning tha commutator therefore energizing different segments of the commutator at advanced or (hehe reminds me of my self) retarded timing. with this mod you can get torque from an rpm motor or rpm from a torque motor, but there are four things to keep in mind :If you read this and you thought wow Im gonna do that with my car, took your motor apart then found out that you have a "core less" motor (armature spins around the magnets) uve just wasted ur time cause I dont have any of those to test with, but I have seen them & tha mod would have to be done differently 2 remember those steering wires? tha wires that wrap around your motors armature is just as fragile dont try to change the timing too many times or else you will break the wire rendrering the armature useless 3 A gain in torque means a loss in rpm and vise versa 4 last, but definitly not least a little is a lot w/these motors so dont take urs apart n wrench the comm all the way in any one direction.
