Check if your coils are glued properly. Take off the boddy and look through the clear steering cover (that's one good thing about ZZ's the clear cover
) and check to see if anything stands in the way. Perhaps there is some plastic on the steering mechanism that hits the coil before it touches..... if that's the case shave it down a bit!
