it's very simple. they already have the leads on them. all you have to do is solder the wires to the battery contacts in your bit and charge it. use a 3 "AA" or "AAA" charger for dual cells. they work fine. i put 1 in 1 of my cars but it was too fast for me. i'm good with a single cell and a strong fast motor.
