Newbie question here

I'm just starting this Char-G hobby and I have a few questions. I want to put a Tom's Castrol Supra body on a car, but I'm unsure whether, it fits or does it work on all chasises? I was
going to buy this silver supra g-22(I think that's the title) and mount the body to that, but I can also buy this LXX BIT CHAR-G MODELLISTA RED SUPRA kit, and take the body off if that, replacing it with the Castrol supra? Is that viable? Is there any difference between the LXX and Supra base kits besides the looks of the cars? Also, I was interested in putting a 3.8 motor, 160 mAH battery, headlights, and a heatsink. Can I do these with either? Does either model have an advantage over the other? Also, once I add lights, can I take them off easily, you know, switching back and forth from off and on? Thanks for any help.

:) welcome....

first off.. pretty much any body will fit on any chassis.. it doesnt have to even be a supra chassis... the body will fit on any bit, MS, or clone...

all the stuff ur talkin about will work, just so long as you do it properly... but the heatsink already comes with the car..

hope that helps!! :D

Thanks so much! I wanted to make a car with good acceleration and handling. I love driving the Castrol Supra in Gran Turismo 3, and wanted to have these features. Do you think getting a 2.6 motor or 2.2 motor would be a good idea? I hear that 2.6 and above slow down after a while. Also, would the 8.25:1 gear be best for acceleration?

Yea, the only chassis that you cant fit a bit body on or vice-versa is the zip chassis.
