Where to cut in a internal dual cell?
 

I'm going to make a tricell with 2 in the chassis. The 2 will be horizontally with the pcb flip. I'm planning to burn away the parts instead of cutting it because it is too hard. What parts should burn off to make it fit? (The places where you normally cut.)

I remember there being pics up maybe bunta's site. It's pretty simple though, you just gut the inside of the chassis. there is a lil nub that needs to come out.

I just Dremel'd out mine, used the original battery tabs, just moved the positive line to the pos side of the parrallel bat. Batts still fit in the same way. I used dual 150mah with tabs already attached. They are shorter that stock and have a slightly smaller diameter. It's a tight fit but it should work. I haven't completed it yet.
