Cripple Cap.
 

I did it already...at least I hope so...

On the other side of my (Blue) Skyline controller...I think I removed the crip cap...it led from L3 to the antenna wire. Looks just like the crip cap in the pictures :D . It had #25 on it. The board was "Rev 4"

Can anyone confirm if this was the crip cap?
