NKOK 64X Chargerz

Was in Wal-Mart last night and saw these, so i grabbed the Dodge RAM model. Haven't run it yet, but it surprised me- it has a metal body :-.
The box says it has a 15 min runtime and 50 foot range.
"Dual built-in Ni-Cd rechargeable," is on the back of the packaging. Dual cell, stock... Nifty.
Now, I'm newer than new to all this, but am I correct in assuming metal bodies and stock dual cells are unusual? :)

I picked one up around christmas,$20.00 I think. Their out there I see them time to time, not really rare. It's an Ok truck not that fast. But you can use the charger for other duel cell cars.;)

Do any parts look compatible with bits?

Are the motors, gears or wheels compatible? How does the speed compare to other motors. I assume that since the thing is metal (heavier), that it might have a pretty good motor in it. Has anyone tested it against bit motors?
