I sent 2 emails and I haven't gotten any responses- I'm assuming that you are very busy right now. I sent my R-Spec back for replacement a long time ago (Over 3, maybe even 4 weeks ago) and I still haven't recieved anything. Are they on backorder or something? Please let me know. Thanks

I sent out another email entitled "Replacement R-spec" to that email address. Hopefully it will work, I think the problem was that I was emailing you through your member profile on the boards. I have no idea what that email address is. Thanks again!

This is very strange as you are the second or third person who's replacement has gone "missing" - I think someone at USPS has a bunch of new R-Specs! ;) We'll send you another one, I'm really sorry about this.

Impreza WR reX, we figured it out - some R-Specs went out with the wrong postage amount (extra surcharge for thick padded envelope); they are fixed now and back on their way! :)

Hey Tiny,

I got good news and bad news. First the good news...my r-spec came! Now the bad news...it's defective (kinda makes the good news pointless). I don't know if I'm just unlucky or if this is just an inconsistant product. What should I do? I don't want to keep sending these things back. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. I've tried it in 2 different cars, different gears, different batteries (stock Tomy and 3rd party), and all my other motors work fine. I was patient with the last one taking so long becuase I realize it's hard to manage a site this big and I wanted to support you. Let me know what I should do, thanks.

yup, I'll be sending back the motor for replacement sometime this week.
