Private Messaging is disabled for ALL users on the Forums.

The reason it was disabled is that it's a big bandwidth drain, and we already spend hundreds of dollars per month on bandwidth; if people need to contact each other they should use email, IM, or failing all else post a "hey [NAME] - question for you" type message in the Forums. :)
