Rotating Turret video Question
 

Hi all,

Is there a translation for the new video with the moving turrets, or the news that goes with it?

I'm curious if this is an upgrade or only newer tanks. It looks like they might be just using a new ROM for the existing control to rotate the turret, but I wonder if one can upgrade the old tank with a drop in motor of some sort.

they're new tanks...at least i'm pretty sure

i don't think they'd want a ton of people complaining after they mess up their own tanks trying to convert it
