Quick question.

Which tire set from Tomy has the softest tires, the Bit Char-G set (GS-07) or the Bit Racer set (S-02)?

GS-07 has the softer tires, and was designed for use on the Bit Char-G (these are the colored ones).

Next question. Are the tires included in the Bit Char-G GS-07 set the same tires (without the color difference) included in the Microsizers tire set?

Right now there are only two tire sets, the S-02 (Bit Racer tire set) and GS-07 (Bit Char-G tire set). The GS-07s only come colored, and the S-02 only come in black. Almost everyone will tell you, that for a Bit Char-G you had best get the GS-07. I wish they would make a black version of the GS-07 but they don't. No matter what the title says, Microsizers or Tomy, if it's black it's meant for a Bit Racer.

Are those the same tires as the ones included in the GS-07, only colored differently?

I believe those are that is the Bit Racer set, only some sites advertise that they are Micosizer sets.

Sorry this is the Bit Racer set, when Hobbico licensed the Microsizers they for some stupid reason got the Bit Racer tires. These are pretty hard tires, all much harder than the stock tires, they are only good for slipping and sliding around, or on carpet.

Get the Bit Char-G set, it is far more useful and the colors actually are kinda neat! Depending on your style of course. Red is the softest, then purple then blue (your original tires are like between purple and blue, closer to the blue).

While I don't have the "factory" colored tires to compare to (other than the KIT Racer tires), here are my findings.

Hardest of the regular tires is the stock Microsizers. Next softest is the orange KIT tire. Formerly, the very softest I had were the Shen clone tires- pretty darn soft.

My current favorites are the tires that come on the Tomy Pull-Backs. VERY soft, they will stretch onto the large diameter Bit/MS rims! The fronts fit with zero problems, while the really wide rear ones will fit if the inside edges are trimmed for gear & chassis clearance. While not particularly soft, the Pull-Back tires are definately very "sticky" and give super grip!
