Stridex 01-29-2003 11:16 PM

Here's where it is hosted. http://adg.stanford.edu/mesicopter/i...Micro%20FF.jpg Do a image search on Google for the image name. That's how I found it. :) The page I saw just had the pic and mentioned being the smallest rc plane. There has to be more on it. If you do find more info, please post the link here.

thr person must have built it from scratch

Canadian Bit 01-30-2003 07:21 AM

Yeah, and what if the micro RC plane stalled!

dustn 01-30-2003 12:47 PM

To me, it just looks like a peanut scale CO2 plane. The little motor works off of compressed CO2. There could be radio in there tho i suppose. Any of you interested in a CO2 motor, check http://www.hobby-lobby.com They run best at high torque and low rpm. Used in a bit, you would need to gear it wayyy high. And most of them do not throttle, so it would be all or nuthin.

Ok, on second take, that looks a bit smaller than peanut scale. And those co2 motors on hobby-lobby are bigger'n that i think.

The plane is interesting, but has nothing to do with Zipzaps.
