They make a tire compound for 1/10th scale rc's. That should work for the bits as the tires are rubber. Try a larger hobby store specializing in rc racing or check online.

the soft tomy tires that come in the microsizers drift axle kit are nice.

i tried some rubber cleaner stuff on some medium slicks and they deteriorated in about two days. split down the side and i didnt even use that much.
