Question about voltage.....
 

Does anyone how many volts the pcb is sending to the motor and how many it sends to the steering coils?

The PCB doesn't regulate the voltage going to the motor...That means whatever voltage coming from the batteries is what's going to the motor.

For the most part this is also true for the steering coil.

This is also why the steering is stronger on dual-cell mods, that much more voltage is being sent to the steering coils.
