Is it possible to do wheelies with a Panther clone?
If it is possible to do wheelies with Panther clones please post how you did it...thanks:cool:
|
with "super racing" clones you can go into reverse and then slam it forward and it will pop a wheelie. im not sure why that particular brand does this and others dont.
|
I'm not completely familiar with the panther clones but if you can swap out the motor, go buy a zipzap turbo engine and you can do wheelies the same way hogjowlz is explaining.
|
I have a few panthers and they only do wheelies if you modify them, well, atleast mine don't. Panthers come with harder tires than normal clones so to do a wheelie you have to get soft tires and some type of mod. My dual cell mod does wheelies and I am working on a 3 cell panther and a 4 cell panther.

I have a panther with a 3 cell mod, with it's standard motor,it does wheelie, but not too easily.
I think the panther pcb doesn't give the motor enough initial KICK to spin the motor in the opposite direction! Im gonna hunt some resistors down! What does every1 else think? |
ahh..
cool thanks for the info ill try out some stuff

I have a panther clone and i also exprence what scottyboyfun was talking about it is just as fast as my other cars except if u go in reverse then hit forward it doesnt "jump" forward like my other cars it rolls to a stop kinda slowly.
|
There is a mod known as the no reverse mod, but some have managed to keep their reverse, what u do is run the - terminal from your motor DIRECT to the - on the cell, its supposed 2 go quicker, try searching - NO REVERSE MOD n c what u think.
