What kind of ESC do you use for your ABC DTM?
 

Just curious what everyone is running. Input would be greatly appreciated

How do you like that IPD ESC? What are its limitations?

i run a keyence esc.

i have mixed feelings about the ipd. it is very cheap - $45. it has good features such as able to handle 480s and good current, but i hate the throttle. it is tooo choppy. its not very progressive or smoother. there is also no reverse. i think its just an airplane esc that was converted for car use.

Everyone at my track either have the novak spy or are planning on getting one. Very durable and a consistant performer

I need to get a new ESC for my Rocket Racer - burned it out it a new battery pack that probably over 7.2 - thinking of the Team orion Flash Micro or associated IPC sport. ANyone have experiences or suggestions on other ESC in the $40 - 60 range. Anyone ever burn out one of these?
