Mario Kart Bit Charg tires question..

The wheels on the mario kart sets looks quite different than the other cars. Was wondering if you can fit the other tires onto the mario kart rims? Other tires such as the bit racer set..

you can fit bit racer tires on any bit man aslong as it is not damaged
