What would be considered a really good drag racing setup???

well you really want 2 things:

1 for your your car to go straight

2 for your car to go really fast.

i guess the hard part is finding the perfect balance between acceleration and top speed.

TRUE......how does all the drag racers set their cars up???

i have a clone motor that i figure must be a 3.0 because it blows away both 2.6 motors i have. i usually run middle gearing. slicks. no antenna sticking out of the car. it handles better that way.

Do you run dual batteries??

I have a 3.5 and a 3.8 motor on the way from bitmod1 (should arrive monday according to UPS)..........gonna set up a drag racer, but I wanna know what else I should get!!! When you say middle gears do you mean the teal ones??

umm on zipzaps they are blue on my clones they were white yellow and orange. the "stock" gear.

always use lots and lots of graphite.

yeah i run red on my zz and orange on my fairlady which is gonna be the drag car. I need to get another car for just track racing!!
