i'm sorry about asking alot guys, but you guyys are my only source .. i'm the only guy in kuwait that has a bit !!! i'm like an alien here !! they all have this 1/10 cars and engine flow cars !!
i recieved my bit 2 days ago, skyline loctite zexel, and i bought a 3.0 motor, range was about 6 feet or less, i removed the crip cap from the pcb and controller, range became like 30 feet indoor, when i took outside the range seems to be like 15 feet then it startes to stutter .. but on reverse it doesn't !! that's my first question ... why ?
another thing my car doesnot go so straight .. and i have to put the adjustment bar on the deadly left so it goes straight ... but right turns is sharper than lefts ... i've checked the magnet and it seems to be straight .. didn't checked it again .. why ?
i have two motors now 2.6 and 3.0 .. it seems to me that's the 2.6 faster .. or the 3.0 start-up slower .!! :confused:
and the reverse seems to be faster than the forward *i think so* i didn't compare it with any bits .. because there is no bits here !!! :mad:

hmm the magnet has to be perfectly aligned. re-glue it

reception i dont know usually i get better range outside than inside. i guess the sun rays pound harder there.

the 2.6 probably has better acceleration than the 3.0 but when the 3.0 finally gets up to speed it will be faster than the 2.6. im sure that if you search you will find all your answers.

Here's another for turning sharpness.

That's because the 2.6 has more torque than the 3.0, so it gets off the line faster. But the 3.0 is faster once it gets going (with the same gearing).

I'm not sure about answers for your other questions. :(
