Check out toyeast and another place called Goldenshop.. AKA AI trading. Both these places are in HK and sell the tanks.. you can get your dad to pick up the tanks from Toyeast and save on shipping. Goldenshop have them for $52 USD. for HKD$ just convert it straight over.

Both places are in areas that are fairly easy to find if memory serves me right... hope your dad gets you a few!
