What is your Mini-X set up (non RTR)?
 

I bought a Mini-x kit and was using it with a HiTec mini servo, Shredder Rx, 5 cells, and a Airtronic ES01 ESC. My set up doesn't seem to work too well on my Mini-X. The car pushes when truning and the worst thing is the ESC started smoking 10 minutes after I hooked it up. Anyone who is not using the stock electronics? I really want to run this car because I have custom made a Corolla WRC for this car. It looks awsome by the way.

Personally I use the stock RS set. Be careful with the ES-01, they can be very flaky, I would try it with 4 cells before you risk 5.

Adjust the diff's to get the desired handleing. If you loosen the front up a little and tighten the rear you should have good on power steering. IM sure TRC has the stock RS set in and you could just install the ESC and use the servo and RX as spares.
