It's weird that yokomo has started making mini and micro cars because yokomo has been a full 1/10 onroad, 1/12 onroad, and 1/10 offroad race manufacturer.

I agree, even if they were just going after just the Mini-Z market, it would be an interesting departure, but that they are doing a BC-G killer too is just too cool. Both of these products look like they will be the absolute top of the line in their respective classes.

What are the chances of a slot car body fitting on these cars?
It would be great if they did.

What is the wheelbase on a slot car? These are 48mm.

Rrickatic 08-01-2002 11:08 PM

Thats a good question. I really don't know.

Rrickatic 08-01-2002 11:12 PM

I suck at metric system but it looks to be 1 1/2" from center of wheel base.

tinyrc 08-01-2002 11:20 PM

25.4mm = 1", so 48mm = 1.89".

Thank you for the info. and quick replies.

I am going to get one. And dinball lowered their price to $65 and change, plus $13+ for shipping.

Should I wait for tinyrc to get them?
