Hi everybody,

Mike introduce this site to me. What a nice RC site I've ever seen! Good atmosphere and discussion topics and members.

I translated my MINI-SK Part 1 to English version. I hope everyone can read my poor english.:D

I tried to over come all weakness of DTM 4X and Mini-X, however, still not prefect. I'm glade if anyone can give me some comments or advise.

The only thing make me can't sleep well is, no case fit my car...poor me!

Thanks,
siukeung

HI Gertman,

I can tell my car is amazing fast and fantastic feelings when controlling it. What I mean on fantastic feelings when driving is all because of the middle diif. gear. The acceleration, the toughness, slip steering etc. You can feel it not like a normal 1:24, just like 1:10.

I assure you not only pound of your project, but also can enjoy it's super performance.

HI 'was ist los?'

Let me tell you more about my MINI-SK.
7 cell 8.4V 280MAH batteries
Team Orion Micro Elite brushless 180 grade motor
M3 Cube ESC (use for 1:10 rc)
Futaba FM Micro receiver
Hrec metal gear micro servo

In my next version MINI-SKII (I like this name so much!), I will try to fix the servo by screws other than sticker!

Thanks,
SiuKeung

siukeung,

I have some more questions I would like you to answer please.

1-Why did you switch to rubber tires?

2- How about Shoo-Goo to hold down your servo?

3- What size pinion gear is that on the motor?

Thanks

Gertman,

Thanks for asking ^^

1, Just for take photos! Haha...The sponge tire so dirty and I like the metal plate wheel so much!

2, I use it already but still not strong enough! I think screw and mount is the best!

3, 28T, same as the Middle Diff. Gear (ratio 1:1)

Thanks,
siukeung

hi, i was wondering if those shocks were oil filled or just spring loaded? o and you said that you couldnt find a car body to fit on it, you could try using the mini z roll shocks all around the car cause i think that they are smaller but they arent oil filled. with smaller shocks you could probably lower the shock tower and have more room for a body.

Dear Akura2 / e_lm_70,

Yes, it is definitly a brushless motor. Please go to the below website. The outlook will be little bit different due to mine one is old version.

Dear Dtmracer,

Yes, it is a real oil suspension! That's why I need to design the suspension arm to hold this smallest oil suspension I can find in the market. In fact, this suspension kit was produce in HK for MiniZ.

^_^! If you want me to post more, please let me know.

Below is my website about how to make this car...

I wonder what ever happened to this guy and the awsome car he created.....

He was years ahead of the Mini-z AWD and the Shacks X-mods.
