gear axel slides out really esay so when its on the ground it judt spins the idle gear can i fix it

Try a small drop of crazy glue or epoxy to get the gear back on the axle. If you have put some kind of lubrication on the gear, make sure you clean it all off before you start. Just remember to take the axle out before you try to use any adhesive on your bit.
