Getting close to complete. Rim swap from a MicroZ XR-1 Racer.. :)
Body lowered, pinion/transfer/axle swap from MicroZ XR-1 Racer (better torque), using 45mhz booster chassis. Turns on a dime and accelerates decently. |

Here's a model of the Daishin Skyline GT-R from the Taikyu (?) N1 race series.. I got the white rims because those are closest to the 6-spoke Ray's that they run.

also am i seeing this right, your front windshiled has been removed?
how do your get your body to stay rigid?.rollcage??? :D..i had a celica where i removed the hood, but it didnt last long....i tried to putty it together...haha..didnt work... |
Removed all windows. The trick to keeping the body sturdy is to keep the B pillar intact (the one between the front driver/passenger window and the rear quarter windows).
If you leave those intact, the roof won't collapse unless you push on it really hard. |
MicroZ XR-1 Racer
where do you buy a MicroZ XR-1 Racer!? I want those rims!

9.99 blister pack at Walgreens.

thanks
thanks for the info

NorCalCoug do the front rims rub at all becos they are might big rims
|
They're the same size as normal Bit Char-G rims, but my car is lowered so they are tucked. They do not rub because I shave the wheel wells ('rolling' the fenders :D) so that they won't rub.
