nice stuff...but still seems a little too thick to go under and around...

Yeah, looks kinda too thick to me. I think you're allowed approximately 2-3 mm on the sides of your Bit Char with the stock chassis unless some shavings are done.

Would surface mount leds work? You can find them in cell phones, those are really tiny and they're bright as heck. I think I might give that a try sometimes.

hogjowlz 10-28-2002 08:41 AM

IM SURE THAT WOULD WORK IF YOU COULD FIGURE OUT A GOOD WAY TO MOUNT THEM.

Are you guys trying to do this?

Is the surface mount led 3mm?

JaMeZzZ122 10-28-2002 05:54 PM

would regular christmas lights work?

Rcdude7378 10-29-2002 12:19 AM

i use neon rope (electroluminecent cable) on my 1/10 nitro rc car and it runs off a 9v battery and a transformer the size of a matchbox so i think your out of luck on that idea

hogjowlz 10-29-2002 08:25 AM

true the z cars already have that.
