TinyRC.com - Race Report: July 25, 2010

this week's race was once again held on F2L because of the F1 Grand Prix, but quite honestly, i'm ready to go back to F1R. i brought the Reventon in, replacing my reliable F40 and that was a major FAIL. Ian has now developed into a serious racing competitor and showed it again by winning again by a comfortable margin. Ryan, Vincent and I battled for the 2nd spot, changing position several times throughout the race. Ryan took me out with a blow to my rear air ducts and ended up in 3rd, behind Vincent. Ryan followed and Calvin came in just ahead of Dahm after blowing out a body mount while grabbing the TQ during qualifying. F2L is an eye-bleeding, :X) incosistently surfaced challenge :eek: that's enjoyable when you can get your car to handle properly and a nightmare when it freaks it out on you. the next 2 weeks will see action on F1R - halalujah! :wow)
