Really dark IC tag
 

I have noticed on all of the cars I have purchased that their IC tag on the bottom are all a shinny blue color. But today when I picked my FXX up the tag on it is extremely dark.

Any of you guys bump into something like this on any of yours?

the most recent production of the IC Tag on dNaNo is a darker tag... not sure why. even the Mini-Z IC Tags are darker. *shrug*

i'm sure its nothing more than production run variances. they likely get these in batches and color consistency may vary.

I thought that maybe it had water damage to it or something. My HobbytownUSA has already had one car come in that was packaged up and everything but it was completely broken on the suspension plate. This FXX came in the shipment with the one that the suspension plate was broke.

well, these things are being shipped from asia... it's a long way for these things to go and considering the scale size, and parts, your bound to get some damaged goods on arrival.

Mine have been consistent so far.

the lancia i got has a dark tag cover but the scooby i got is light it doesnt seem to make sense both car are working the way they should do
