bearing size for articulation mod on zzmt?

Hello,
I'm going to do they articulation mod to my soon to be bought zzmt.
I was wondering what size of bearing i should buy so it doesn't wobble.(I think that's what its for?)
Also, how many would i need per truck?
Thank you in advance,

Most people don't use actual bearings, they use a hollow shaft.
