I MADE UP A GEAR MOD THAT CLIMBS PRETTY GOOD BUT NEEDS SOME MORE WORK.

7 TOOTH PINON GEAR,
RED PERFORMANCE TRAN GEAR,
GREEN STOCK TRAN GEAR,
RED PERFORMANCE AXLE GEAR,

AND ANY MOTAR THAT WORKS FOR YOU

Uh, does the "...BUT NEEDS SOME MORE WORK. " have anything to do with your gear meshes being too tight?

I ask this because the red and green gears have a differing number of teeth and the resultant differing diameters, so you're ending up with an interference fit between them since you didn't change the location of the idler axle.

Nice to see you're trying though.
