Lithium Batteries
Has anyone tried to use the Enegizer E2 lithium batteries? They make them in AAA size and I was wondering if they would work in the xmods without any modifications being done to the car.
I got an email back from Energizer. The batteries are rated at 3000mAh but are non rechargeable.
they will work in your car. you may not get the full power transfer without a bypassed power switch. they will significantly outlast your standard batteries. its just a matter if you want to buy them every few runs.

How do you bypass the power switch on an evo Xmod?
How would you do it on an evo? Or is it basically the same exact way?
it is basically the same way, i will try it first and post back. i have a junk evo so i wont care if it dies.they make a little difference with the switch there, but for best results you will want it bypassed. it allows about 1.6 more volts to the motor according to a voltometer

it is the same way on an evo, i asked atomicmods and they said follow the tutorial the same way
