h2 + atomic t2 = fun fun fun!
I got my t2 atomic motor from tinyrc yesterday. I put it in my h2 with 4wd and the lift kit. It climbs up a 55 degree incline with ease. I am using the stock gearing right now and it has enormous torque! I can't believe the difference the motor made. It's top speed is great too. A hobby grade motor turns the xmod trucks into a serious rc machine.

You got the motor from this website? I didn't see it anywhere under XMods parts. Also, does the motor require any other mods like new FETs or anything?

Here's the link:
http://shop.tinyrc.com/product.php?p...4&cat=0&page=5 No fet problems yet. I am using it in a stock h2 with the off road upgrade and 4wd upgrade. The fets in evo xmods are good for 9 amps so they should handle most hot motors. |
One more quick q, are there any wires attached to this already, or do you have to do that yourself, if so, are there points that are easy to solder to? Thanks in advance.

The capacitors come soldered. You need to solder the power wires to the motor (take them off your stage 1 motor). It's a simple job. You can get a soldering iron and solder with flux at radio shack.

It's probably the similiar to one of the PN speedy motors, or the Fatboy atomicmods sells.
Anyway, have you tested how many amps the motor draws? |
