suspension mod
 

i just did the suspension mod that has been posted a lot of times...the one were you drill out the hole under the pcb cover. but now i need to no were i can get some softer springs :bs:

Elsewhere I have suggested that Athearn motor brush springs are of the same length and diameter, and are softer.

were would i get a/an athearn (sp?) motor?

Athearn is a manufacturer of HO scale model railroad items. The part number for the motor brush springs is 84014. You should be able to find them at major hobby shops.

That's WAY better than what I was gonna suggest...

I just scrounged until I found an old pullback sand rail that had front/rear suspension and the springs were the right size and softer than stock zz-m.
