Q. about Putty?

What brand of putty do you use? What do you need to use with it (brush, putty knife, ect.)? How do you use it?

if you're talking about body kits, I've heard (but haven't used) that Tamiya epoxy putty is good. It comes in strips and is thick enough to mold into shape.

Thanks, but both of my local hobby shops don't have Tamiya epoxy putty. Just checked them out, but I did get this one brand...it was...Probably a crappy brand..Testors™ countour putty..Anyone heard of it or know of it? Comments?

Never tried Testors. I use a brand called "Squadron," the white kind.

Gah!

Well I tried to cover up the back on my MS (you know, where the antanae sticks out) Well, now the putty is all flabby and soft unlike hard like it is on the side...Anyone know what to do?

sand it off is your best bet. Normally you should get as much off with your finger before it dries, but I think it's a bit too late for that.
