Modding Controller antenna
 

I have a 27 mhz ZZ and i get like 5 feet max indoors, and i want to increase the range by modding the controller antenna. I need suggestions, i'm a newb and I dont have anything to solder with, nor do I really want to (id probably break my controller if i tried) so are there any mods that DONT require any soldering or anything like that?

... the antenna mod using a replacement antenna from radioshack doesn't require any soldering (it uses a small screw).
