Need Help with the Skyline Set -

Okay I bought the skyline set on eBay and the range is extremely short say 1 or 2 feet - I've tried adjusting the pot on the car and removing the cripple cap on the controller and the range has improved a bit, but still not as much as my other bits - also the car seems to 'stutter' as you drive it. I've tried changng the motor and gears as well with no effect. Has anybody got any ideas on how to solve the problem?

Thanks:D

Go to the store where you bought it and get it replaced by one that works well :) This is probably the only way to get it "fixed"

Sounds like maybe a bad antenna wire connection in the car. Check that it is soldered on good and not shorting on something its not supposed to.
