Question for Bad Company
Hey B.C.,
I have a quick question to ask of you. I don't know if you have received my e-mails (currently no reply) on this matter or not, but I really need some input on this. I have currentlycompleted some motor analysis and would like to present the findings to the TinyRC-XMOD community. I have built a home-made dyno and used it in conjuction with DC motor theory to come up with speed vs. torque, current vs. torque, power and effiency vs. torque curves for a number of motors. The method I used is sound and can be varified by checking against the motor results that Mabuchi makes available on their web site. The problem is that I need a way to post EXCEL files to the web site. The calculations are inbedded into the spreadsheet and can be used by people on the forum to compare different motors. I would like to make the entire spreadsheet available and not just the images of the resultant graphs. Thank you. Oh, I am sorry for posting a new thread for this matter, but it seems like e-mail function wasn't working. |
I'm having problems e-mailing BC too, he doesnt seem to get my messages... (or maybe we're just getting ignored ;) )
Couldnt you just load the file into the post as an attachment? People would have to download it to view it, but that way it would keep the functionality of the spreadsheet |
Thanks Exaran,
I just read through the TinyRC Forum FAQ again and realized that I could in fact attach a *.zip file. I will start typing up the new post shortly and attach the results. I hope the spreadsheet will not be too much for everyone to understand. Look for it shortly. |
