9v wow!!
 

hey guys the wires on my bats. came undone so i'm gonna go with a bigger guage but anyway right now i'm run a 9v its a tyte squezz in the chassis but all i can say is damn very fast and nothing is worng with it! i guess some x-mods can handle 9vs and some can't

The stock FET's are rated up to 10 volts....

I've heard 9v's don't last very long... care to address this rumour?

Not only do they not last as long, they have a much poorer power to weight ratio than the AAAs, or even AAs I think.

in mine the run time is like maybe a minute longer, and i acutal think it's lighter, but thats only me
